Juvo
Objective
When founder Tanya Scott approached Barretto-Co., her vision was clear: to transform Ed Support Services into a nationally recognized brand—one that authentically reflected the organization’s values, inspired trust, and conveyed its “People First” culture. With plans to expand across markets, the organization needed a new name, a new voice, and a compelling identity that could resonate with families, clinicians, and community partners alike.

The Solution
We began by renaming the organization “Juvo”—Latin for “to help.”
The name is short, memorable, and packed with purpose. It signals care, action, and a deep commitment to supporting people with autism and special needs in meaningful, respectful ways.
From there, we developed a bold and uplifting brand identity. The logo system, typography, and iconography were designed to be friendly yet professional, reflecting Juvo’s unique blend of compassion and clinical rigor. A vibrant color palette and custom symbols added warmth, joy, and flexibility to the system, while maintaining clarity and cohesion across environments.
Our work extended across digital and physical touchpoints: website design and development, marketing collateral, tradeshow presence, signage, and a full suite of brand guidelines to empower internal teams to steward the brand consistently.
Impact
The Juvo rebrand positioned the organization for national growth while staying true to its East Bay roots.
The new brand has helped boost visibility, unify internal culture, and elevate public perception, supporting expansion without losing authenticity.
