ServiceNow Knowledge 18

Objective

Each year, ServiceNow hosts Knowledge, its premier global event showcasing innovations in digital workflow and enterprise transformation. For Knowledge18 in Las Vegas, ServiceNow needed to create a compelling physical experience inside the convention hall, specifically for the Customer Success Center (SNCSC) pavilion.

The goal: design a welcoming, visually cohesive environment that highlighted ServiceNow’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions while embodying the brand’s commitment to making work flow more effortlessly across people, teams, and systems.

The Solution

ServiceNow makes work work better for people.

Barretto-Co. was brought on to develop the complete “look and feel” for the SNCSC pavilion at Knowledge18. Our design system needed to reflect the core value of the Now Platform®: making work better for people.

We began with an environmental design strategy that balanced innovation and approachability, creating a space that felt active and open while still focused and brand-aligned. This included custom illustrations, color treatments, and signage that conveyed clarity, movement, and collaboration.

We designed web banners, large-scale graphics, and wayfinding elements that worked together to guide attendees through the Customer Success Center experience. Visual elements were adapted seamlessly across physical structures, digital displays, and promotional materials, creating consistency from every angle of the event space.

Impact

Great environments don’t just showcase products, they create experiences.

The final installation turned the SNCSC pavilion into a destination, supporting meaningful product engagement and positioning ServiceNow as a partner that makes business work better by helping people work better. It was a branded space that not only informed but also inspired.

The Latino Prosperity pin features a stylized, glossy logo that appears to be two interlocking arrows forming the letters "l" and "p" in a modern design. The arrows are light green with a subtle gradient and outlined in a soft metallic gold, conveying a sense of growth or forward movement.
