The Greenlining Institute is ironically and purposefully located in what was once a dilapidated banking office in downtown Oakland. When they set out to reclaim and revitalize their new home as a flourishing, energy-efficient, nonprofit business hub—supporting local and minority-owned businesses—Greenlining engaged Barretto-Co. to design the visitor experience.
