The Solution

Barretto-Co. worked with Keadjian to lead a comprehensive rebranding effort rooted in discovery and collaboration.

Our team led the development of new mission, vision, and values statements—laying the foundation for internal alignment and external messaging. From there, we crafted a refreshed verbal identity and brand voice that balanced professionalism with warmth and boldness.

Visually, we introduced a modern design system that conveyed clarity, sophistication, and forward momentum. The new logo, typography, color palette, and photography direction aligned with Keadjian’s leadership stance and service-driven ethos.

The redesigned website brought it all together—featuring thoughtful UX, streamlined navigation, and messaging that highlights both expertise and personality. We also delivered a full set of identity guidelines to support long-term brand consistency.
