Platform-Optimized Delivery for Twitter
The Solution
Barretto-Co. was brought on to concept and design a set of animated Twitter GIFs that felt fresh, fun, and unmistakably ServiceNow.
We focused on moments that would resonate with employees, customers, and followers alike, whether celebrating milestones, showing appreciation, or just sparking a smile.
Our process began with conceptualization and storyboarding, ensuring each animation had a clear use case and visual narrative. We designed with flexibility in mind, creating content that could be deployed for replies, campaigns, or spontaneous moments of engagement.
The final delivery included more than three dozen GIFs, each optimized for Twitter’s format and tone. From desk dances and digital high-fives to quirky workflow metaphors, the animations helped ServiceNow inject a conversational, human-centered energy into its brand presence.
Impact
We helped ServiceNow bring personality to the platform, proving that when work flows, fun can follow.
The animated content empowered ServiceNow’s social media team to engage more dynamically with their audience, showing that even enterprise brands can connect with humor, empathy, and creativity. It also gave internal teams a shareable set of assets that employees were proud to use.
