We’re an award-winning design agency and a certified B Corp.
This year, we are pledging to invest 1% of our total Q4 revenue back into our community.

Work with us and help support MetWest Highschool.

Oakland is a special place, and it takes collective, regular action from regular people to keep it that way.

That’s why we decided to donate 1% of all our Q4 sales to MetWest Highschool.

MetWest does it differently.

When you meet principal Dr. Shalonda Gregory, you feel this. You know she’s the real deal. Under her guidance and with the support of her leadership team, MetWest students have the unique opportunity to learn through internships where they create rigorous, real world projects.

Why 1%?

Inspired by global and national movements like 1% for the Planet, The 15% Pledge, and B Lab—we are opting to focus our business success on making local impact right in our own backyard— at East 10th Street & 4th Ave, to be exact.

Three decades strong

We believe that even small businesses can demonstrate big ideas and leadership by investing in the people and places in their communities.

The Bay Area, and Oakland specifically, has been a welcome home to Barretto Co. for more than 30 years, and by centering people, planet, and profit equally, we’ve been able to contribute meaningfully with our services to the organizations that make it great—now we are taking the next step of sharing in our success by giving back.
